A new 26-episode TV serial Mon-e Mon-e will begin from January 29 on NTV Bangla.The story of the serial revolves around Diba and her husband Dipon. The couple gets married on the day of a solar eclipse, without notifying Dipon's family. Diba decides to tackle the challenges ahead and so she goes to Dipon's house. From here the story of the TV serial unravels. To her great surprise, Diba soon discovers that she has a very unusual and quite extraordinary ability: she can read people's minds. At first she becomes confused and frightened -- to an extent that she doubts her sanity.
Soon she realises that she is not hearing things at all, these are thoughts of the people around her so she really can read minds. Everything goes fine until she discovers that her father-in-law had an affair in his younger days. From this point there are many ups and downs in the lives of Dipon and Diva.
Casting: Sara Zaker, Joya Ahsan, Shohana Saba, Tony Dayes, Masud Ali Khan, Chanchal Chowdhury and Farhana Mithu.
The play is written by Matia Banu Shuku and directed by Nurul Alam Atik.
The serial will be aired every Monday and Tuesday at 8:15pm.
